FAQ

Here are answers to some of the frequently asked questions that we receive here at Studio F/X.

1. We only ship within Canada.
2. We use Canada Post expedited for our free shipping option which is 2 to 7 buisness days on average. This estimate is dependent upon your distance from the Vancouver area. FedEx and UPS options are available as well.
3. Orders that are places after 3:30pm PST will be shipped the following buisness day. 
4. Orders placed on Weekends or Holidays will be processed and shipped on the following buisness day.
5. Pros-aide and Liquid Latex products are climate sensitive to freezing temperatures and must be shipped 'air' at certain times of year. You will be asked to upgrade your shipping if you order these products, or items containing these products during November through to April. 
6. All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
7. If any damage occurs, please let us know as soon as possible! You can take a picture and send it to info@studiofx.ca
8. We do have a retail store in Vancouver B.C. - Find us in the Cathedral Place /Shaw Tower building on the first floor!
9. We do offer an in-store pick-up! Orders a usually processed within 1 business day (Unless it's on days we are closed)
