The Brow Palette is a small five color alcohol based makeup palette perfect for filling in eyebrows or creating and reshaping eyebrow lines. The colors can easily be applied with a brush, or mascara wand. Use it alone or mix with any existing Skin Illustrator tones to create your own unique blend of color.

Use Skin Illustrator's Activator or 99% alcohol to activate the pigment. Remove with Telesis Super Solv, or Super Solv Plus.
