The Skin Illustrator ACTIVATOR is a special propriety blend of ethanol and isopropanol alcohol. These ingredients are primarily used to activate all of the Illustrator Palettes.

Unlike 99% alcohol, the ACTIVATOR has a mild fragrance making it easier on the senses.

Directions:

Spray ACTIVATOR directly into the Illustrator Palette and mix. Use a brush or a sponge to pick up color from the palette and apply. The Activator evaporates out of the palette and off the skin where the color has been applied.
